Chocolate Pasta with Raspberry Coulis and Grated White Chocolate
This is a fun and extremely easy dessert. It’s a sweetened chocolate fettuccine with a raspberry coulis, served cold. The pasta is al dente and a sweet, dark-chocolaty surprise! A block of white chocolate is grated on top the pasta table side just like parmesan cheese. The presentation is unique but the flavor combination is classic.
