Chocolate Pasta with Raspberry Coulis and Grated White Chocolate
This is a fun and extremely easy dessert. It’s a sweetened chocolate fettuccine with a raspberry coulis, served cold. The pasta is al dente and a sweet, dark-chocolaty surprise! A block of white chocolate is grated on top the pasta table side just like parmesan cheese. The presentation is unique but the flavor combination is classic. Great dessert reminds me kind of like Italian traditional fruit pasta or fruit filled tortellini excellent !!!!!

*Molten chocolate ravioli w/berry coulis
* Chocolate Spaetzle w/housemade smoked bacon anglaise
*Chocolate lasagna w/sweetened housemade ricotta and strawberry rhubarb “gravy”.
